These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company Prisma Instruments & Gauge Bourdon France with a capital of
20,000 euros whose head office is located at 89 rue du Vallat 13400 Aubagne, registered with the Marseilles Trade and Companies Register under number 523993863 and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website of "Prisma Instruments & Gauge Bourdon France" hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

Unless otherwise specified, except change in monetary parities, except variation in the price of raw materials, each offer is valid for 1 month.

Prisma Instruments & Gauge Bourdon France reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

The prices indicated do not include transport and delivery costs.

Order taking

Apart from direct purchases made and paid for on our Online Boutique, all orders must be confirmed to us in writing in order to be registered. This must mention in clear an order number, the net price, the conditions of payment, as well as the signature and the name in clear of the issuer of the order.

Terms of payment

Pour les premières affaires, le règlement se fait à la commande sur présentation de la pro forma. Par la suite, les délais et modalités de paiement seront à négocier.

Les commandes d'un montant supérieur à 5.000,00 € HT donneront lieu à une demande d'acompte de 30% payable par chèque ou virement à l'accusé de réception de commande.
Ces conditions peuvent être revues à chaque commande en fonction des garanties de solvabilité du client présentées.

Transport et assurance

France métropolitaine

Le Franco de port est accordé à partir de 200 € HT hors frais de port pour une commande sur le site Internet www.prisma-instruments.com, pour des livraisons en France métropolitaine. Nos prix s'entendent EXW Site d'expédition (Ile de France, Aubagne ou Portugal).

Hors France métropolitaine

Pour les commandes hors France métropolitaine, nos prix s'entendent EXW Site d'expédition (Ile de France, Aubagne ou Portugal).
Les frais de port seront précisés dans l'accusé de réception de commande envoyé par Prisma Instruments & Gauge Bourdon France et seront calculés au plus juste.

L'assurance du transport des marchandises expédiées reste à la charge du client.

En cas de livraison partielle, les frais de port ne sont pas divisés entre les livraisons sur la base de notre offre, mais ils sont facturés en fonction du poids de chaque expédition, au cumul les frais d'expédition pourront être donc supérieurs à ceux indiqués dans l'offre de prix émise par Prisma Instruments & Gauge Bourdon France.

Si des livraisons expresses convenues entre les parties nécessitant des heures ou des coûts supplémentaires, ceux-ci seront facturés à l'Acheteur.

Délai de livraison

Les délais indiqués sont des délais moyens et correspondent aux délais de traitement, de préparation et d'expédition de votre commande. Ils courent dès la validation de la commande. A ce délai, il faut ajouter le délai de livraison du transporteur.

Tout retard éventuel ne peut donner droit à annulation, refus d'accepter la marchandise ou réclamation de pénalités ou indemnités d'aucune sorte.

Garantie

Tous les produits sont garantis pendant une période et selon les termes, spécifiés par le constructeur du matériel.
La garantie s'entend matériel retourné à l'usine de provenance, frais de transport et d'assurance à la charge du client.
